Need someone to take over my lease that ends in February 2011 or you can start a new lease for 1 year.
-**PRICE is 560,000 a month**
-I can send pics via phone!
-2nd floor studio
-Located in between Hongdae and Sinchon (7 minute walk to Hongdae st., 8 minutes walk to Sinchon st.)
-**Very low key money- 1 million won**
-Comes furnished with everything (washer, stove, aircon, refrigerator, bed, dresser, desk, some other little things)
-You can have the choice of buying a nice LG couch off of me for 50,000 won and if you want to upgrade your bed from a single, which they provide, to a queen, I can sell you mine for 50,000
-Rent and key money is due on the 10th of June when you move in.
