I am a middle aged man who teaches here. I am wondering if there is a foreign friendly place where I can meet mature Korean women. I am not interested in Hooker Hill and Hungdae has too young of a crowd? Any suggestions? Thank you |

Stay at home you old man .
Just kidding, the bar I hang out at has an older clientel but usually come in about 7 in the evening and stay until about midnight. That is when the ESL scallywags come in and run amok but some of the middle aged guys stay there and I usually find them more interesting to talk to then the 20 somethings. Definantly got more stories to tell. |

There's a place called "Don't Tell Mama" in Apgujeong that is specifically for the 30 and up crowd. I would definitely advise you to go with a Korean friend if you don't have a good command of Korean. However, the women that go there are usually business women that speak very good englishee. There's also koreanfriendfinder.com. Good Hunting! |

Oh my God....The guy asked for places for MIDDLE-AGED people to go. 30 and up? 30 is nowhere near middle-aged....GEEZ...I thought middle-aged was 45 to about 60. 30? You have to be joking....I am 30 but still look 20something. Don't call me middle-aged. |

Haha! A crack in the armor! From earlier posts, one would guess you'd graduate early and come to Korea at the tender age of 19. |

Princess-what I meant was people under 30 are not allowed inside the club (not that they'd want to be there anyway). These days there are more and more single/divorced Korean women in their 30's and 40's. Generally speaking, a middle-aged guy in his 40's or 50's will have no problem making a connection with a lady 10 or 20 years his junior. God bless Asia. |

Well, even at 30, I would not want to go there. I'd rather be in Hongdae. I think hofs are the most boring places in the world, sitting around drinking and no dancing. This club sounds boring, too. |

Is it near Hooters? I was thinking I could grab a strawberry smoothie and then go-squid, I have a thing for smoothies, the scenery is nice and while I don't frequent the place that much, I find I have stimulating conversations at that there place. |
