Hi, I just got a Korean soft modded wii which has wiiflow on it.

when I plug in my hard drive into my computer, I see 2 partitions, one is about 20GB, I think for wiiflow, the other is not formatted apparently. Cant even see how big the partition is...

not sure how I can add games to the HD. When I use wiiflow, I have access to many games which leads me to believe much of the HD space should be taken up...

is there a program I have to download to be able to transfer images to it?

Also, just want to make sure one more time that I can play all region games through wiiflow? Like PAL/NTSC etc etc.

the second partition will probably be the one for Wiiflow - Wiis use a drive format called WBFS, which is unreadable by windows. What you need is a nice little program called WBFS Manager (easy to remember, huh). Once you have that you need to load the unformatted partition with it. The rest should be pretty straight forward. The 20 gig partition is probably there for if you want to keep a ROM collection on you wii for emulators or if you want to use it for MP3s and movies, though I've found it not to be powerful enough for running standard 700mb AVIs

You can torrent Wii games, and then load them on with WFBS Manager.

Also, if you have any issues with that Wiiflow, can I recommend Neogamma - it doesn't have a fancy UI, but it is rock solid for loading from discs or USB. That wiiflow looks sweet though, think I'll check it out this evening

So just to confirm, I can load any type of game of any region using wiiflow right? for softmod, I dont have to worry about regions?

I had a look at the wiiflow faq, and in it they did refer to wiiflow using a FAT partion. That would be for saving game covers and themes though, not for games them selves.

I would be pretty confident that it will handle games from any region fine. Just don't let anything from outside your consoles home region update your firmware. Loading off ISO images though, all of those would have been patched already.
The only danger would be if you go and buy an original import from the US or Europe and run it with a disc-loading homebrew. Stick to loading torrented ISO files off a USB and you should be fine
