My visa ends August 23rd.
I'm re-signing with SMOE.
My vacation time is set for August 14-29 and I'd like to leave the country.
Does anybody know when re-signings are taking place?
Am I going to have enough time to get a new E-2 in time for this vacation?
Help! I'm freaking out man! |

| If you are renewing with SMOE, you don't need a new E-2, you can get an extension at immigration...an hour or two and 80k (with multiple re-entry) at immigration is all it takes. |

Phew! Thanks guys.
I found out yesterday that I can't go to China because I don't have 6 months left on my ARC and I was worried that I wouldn't be going anywhere! |
