It's a cellphone from Canada with GSM Technology so it will not work in S. Korea.
You can however use as a Video Player (DVIX, MP4 etc)
SKYPE Phone (with Wifi G compatible with B/G/N)
Garmin GPS - South Korea 2007 MAP (with many POIs) ENGLISH Version
