Just moved into my apartment and the Motorola modem is missing its power adapter. I've searched around Anyang for an adapter with no luck. Any place in Anyang or close by where I could get one? Or if anyone has an extra, I'd be willing to buy one off you!

Finding that specific adapter for your modem is going to be nearly impossible. You'd probably have to call up Motorola and order it from them.

The easiest way to do it would probably be to use some kind of universal adapter like this...

Make sure you get the volts/amps correct or you could fry the modem.
