Im selling 2.2lbs of Dymatize Elite Whey Protein - Mocha Flavour.

I opened up a 10 pound bag and now i am realizing i wont be able to finish it by the time i go back home as I am leaving in less than 2 months...

so, i took about 1000g to 1200g...i didnt messure 100% but i know its more than 1KG/2.2lbs and put it in another Weider Container. just to be clear, its not the shit weider chocolate from costco, its Dymatize Mocha...

I hate to be rude, but there are a shi* ton of loser morons on this website that dont understand economics. we are in korea, prices for ALL good shit are much above american retail. if you dont like it: 1) move on 2) buy it online and pay 1000$ for shipping. im not ripping anyone off, so dont bother posting a negative comment unless ur willing to leave your phone number and home address...

In your honest opinion is this protein good for meal replacement (can't find real meal replacements in this country) or just muscle building? Would you be willing to ship?

Whey Protein is an excellent pre/post supplement. It isn't good as a meal replacement because whey isolates are designed to be digested quickly, which lets you get protein into the body as quickly as possible.

Meal replacement powders normally have casein protein, which is a slow digestive protein. It also gives a more "full" feeling.
