Simple question really: does anyone know a good link to watch tv online? I knew some good ones in the Uk but they don't work here. Plus all the ones I am finding want you to sign up for stuff and install software that takes up half of my tiny laptops memory. Thanks in advance Smile

If you don't mind watching stuff after it has aired, surfthechannel.com is a good one, at least for American shows, I don't know what their selection looks like for British ones.

Why not just download the episodes via a torrent program? You can watch the shows when you want, and without commercials. Usually you only have to wait about 6 hours after it first airs until a torrent appears. With high speed internet here in Korea, you can download an episode in 5 minutes.

Has there been any crackdown on torrents in Korea? There will be a few shows I will miss once I come...

Worked for me... Every episode of Survivor and the Amazing Race were available the following morning after they aired in the U.S.

Yes, Survivor. I love it.

+1

And the best show on TV, The Daily Show, streams for free in HD from their website.

www.sidereel.com doesn't actually host anything, but they have links to every show that you're looking for.

Unless things have change completely in 2 years; no. When I first got to Korea I had the online Netflix account from back home, but it was blocked.

As for the OP's question, TVduck.com is great for streaming; though the quality when streaming is more on the low side, hence why people recommend you download episodes.

I was able to get to the netflix website, but instant watch was blocked so there was no point in keeping my account. Sidereel.com has been working really great though.

Netflix works with a VPN...but you'll need a decent service though, otherwise you'll constantly have to deal with your stream rebuffering.
