I've been dealing with tennis elbow for the last 6.5 months. Actually tennis elbow is a misnomer as I think it began with Taekwondo then was made worse with guitar and bass playing. Regardless, I've done the ice, compression, heat, slow movement, immobilization, range of motion exercises and NSAIDS to no relief. Mornings suck due to the pain, I can't take off my shirt at night, and atrophy has set in. I need to go to the next level.
Any recommendations or experiences? |

When I was in Korea, I re-tore my lateral meniscus in my left knee. I called my orthopaedic surgeon at home (Canada) and he gave me a name of a Dr. in Seoul. I guess he did his training in Canada, then moved back to Korea. My Doctor is one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in Atlantic Canada, so he came highly recommended. Here is the contact information. Hope it helps!

Good luck with it! I've read that surgery for tennis elbow is rarely successful. Have you tried accupuncture to relieve the pain? |
