It just blows my mind at how people can argue about anything.
Pretend sour cream is mayo or yogurt. You can do the same things with it.
If you want to make pancakes with it, just water it down.
Now if you want to make potatoes, and you do not care about the calories, sour cream is your best friend.
Grind or grate the potatoes. and try to press out as much water as you can. Mix in a beaten egg, grated onion, salt and pepper. Form into patties. Fry in a little oil. They smell great, and taste great. Serve with the sour cream, and enjoy every bite.
Or save yourself the trouble and bake or boil the potatoes, and fry up some onion. Season with salt and pepper, add the sour cream and yum.
Sour cream plus balsamaic vinegar makes a great salad dressing, or dip.
Eat more dip. Fry up onions, mix in some powder beef broth (it is so cheap) or mushroom broth, and you have sour cream and onion dip.
Do not invite me over. I can not afford the calories. |

No, because we all know that Korean ESL teaching requires so many high qualifications and skills.

of that fact that you can spell and edit others' you're and you are usuage.'cause you're sure as hell 'qualified" now, right?

I have never seen frozen spinach, but fresh is all over the place now. And spinach patties with eggs are super.
You can mix spinach with mashed potatoes, but I would not put it in the frying mixture.
Now if you want to go though the trouble
:mash potatoes, chop the spinach, mix them together with salt, pepper and an egg, (and perhaps some smashed up crackers) frying some onion in some butter (or oil, better taste with butter), take out the onions, and lightly fry the patties. Serve with the sauted onion and sour cream................
Ta-ta, going back to work.
Oh, on another note, you can buy those digestive biscuts, crush them up, put some sour cream and brown sugar on them and run them under the broiler.
And for those of you with no cheap oven, put some brown sugar in a pan that is coated with butter, but the smashed biscuts on top, put some sour creap on top, cover with a lid, and watch it. 2 minutes perhaps.'
Your diet will not thank you but your taste buds will. (can also make this with Denmark yogurt) |

You can make cheesecake and use oreos for the crust. Use sour cream as a topping for chili, taco salad, fajitas, or beans. |
