do you mean from tape to tape or digitally like on the computer?

If digitally: TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 will do everything you want to do.

From tape to tape, I'd suggest hit yongsan and ask around.

Have you thought about buying a device that can make you go pal->digital...once it is digital it is a cakewalk to convert.

There must be some place where you can do it... Our wedding video was NTSC, but we also got a PAL version for the folks in Europe. Maybe you could just go into a photographer's shop, get the number of a cameraman and he could help you... At least he might know where to get it done.

There is a video rental shop in Itaewon 2 dong (across the street from Haebongchon) that copies tapes from PAL to NTSC and vice versa. It is on a the corner at the bottom of the hill near the Mexican restaurant. I'm sorry if the information about the location is too vague. If you need me to be more specific, send me a private message.

You need a multi video, one that works on both systems.
