Once again this is all solved with electronic water vapor nicotine cigs. No smell, no smoke, no problem.

Which many anti-smoking advocates are opposed to nonetheless.

Who's against it? This isn't a snarky question, I'm truly curious. I think these new vapor cigs are a great solution to help everyone. Smokers are healthier, and non-smokers around them don't complain.

I've read quite a few articles where doctors come out against them as it doesn't get people off nicotine entirely and they say the health effects are unknown.

Anyone who thinks smoking isnt governments business should consider one number: 3.5 million.

Thats how many people in the second-biggest economy will die each year from tobacco use by 2030, according to a report by prominent Chinese health experts and economists. More than lives will go up in smoke. So will productivity, public money and growth.

Not helped by the fact that they smoke some of the strongest cigarettes in the world, unfiltered.
