I have a strange problem and I'm not sure what to do, so I'm looking for guidance about this.
When applying for my job I got my documents apostilled and blah blah.
In Australia a document has to be certified by a lawyer before they can be apostilled.
The total cost for the lawyer and apostile stamp was about 200AUD.
Now my company tell me they don't have my documents, and neither does the immigration office. They certainly have not been handed to me.
Should I expect to be reimbursed by the company?
Thanks guys! |

you should be calling them non-stop until they locate the documents or offer sufficient reimbursement
Or better yet give them an in-house visit. |

I remember one of the last times I used Fed-Ex. I sent all of my documents to Korea and Fed-Ex proceeded to send my package to Trinidad and Tobago. That's right instead of sending my things to Asia they just went ahead and sent them to Central America. I hounded those MFers day and night; all hours of the day until it was turned around and flown to Korea. |

Unfortunate AND unclear.
a) Which company lost the documents?
b) Has your visa confirmation number been applied for yet?
The answers to a & b will indicate a course of action.
