You can get them in various places, including oudoor type stores and emart type stores.
Not far from McD. Itaewon is a shoeshine/repair booth.
On display are some with the SHOCK DOCTOR name.
I have two pairs, better and cheaper than others.

| Go to Seoul for it as the smaller cities don't have anything more than a plain white thin cheapie and the little heel inserts for ladies. |
