At least it will in and around Seoul. Better bundle up because it's gonna be a cold one. But it will warm up later in the week. |

Let me be the first to make the post talking about how this is isn't cold.
The weather here in Korea never gets cold. I can walk around in my t-shirt and shorts year-round.
I'm from Hydra, the third moon of Pluto. Now THAT is cold. It's about 33K or -238 degrees Celsius. If you think the winter in Korea is cold, try coming to my home.
EDIT: I guess itistime beat me to it |

I'm burning up. Possibly due to the full-blast heating I got going, but more likely because I'm 'ard. |

How cold does it usually get in Seoul during the winter? (Farenheit plz) I'm from Texas and I'm definitely not looking forward to the cold. |

No. But I'm sorry I forgot that the Canadians only feel "cold" when it's -50 because they all grew up is Saskatchewan. |

It can get it to 2-0F here in Seoul at coldest. That's about -17c to -20c. It's not common but it's expected this winter to drop to record lows because of La-Nina. I'd say commonly it will be between 3-4F ~ -15c-16c.
This winter will be COLDER than last years! |

Winter in my hometown is 20c during the day. Can't handle cold well at all. I've already survived one Korean winter (all seven months of it). So I hear that Canada gets even colder than this, I can't think of anything more horrifying. But there's always the opposite side of the coin; I hardly used my airconditioner at all during summer. |

What happened to the fall? It lasted all of 5 minutes! 4 seasons my ASS. I was wearing shorts and a sweater 3 days ago, and now I've got to wear a coat, hat, and gloves!
Note: I ride my bike to work, so the extra gear is to counter the wind chill factor. |

It was definitely freezing last night. The picnic table was covered in frost and the water we put out for the local stray cats had a nice layer of ice on the top. It's nice to smell winter in the air. |
