I live in Korea, and today I'm sending my fingerprints to the States. I'm having it sent back to my home in the States not Korea. Do I have to include a prepaid return envelope or do they just send it to my house in one of their own envelopes? Thank you.

They will mail it to you. The only reason why people send a prepaid return envelope is so that they can get it back faster.

To shift the topic a bit:

I did a Federal CBC. However, the only place that offered the opportunity to do fingerprints for FBI checks was through a fingerprinting service called Cogent ID that acts as an "authorized channeling agent" for the FBI. They electronically fingerprint you and send those results to the FBI with your PII for analysis. Then the results of the check are sent to you.

Has anybody used this service before? Is this an acceptable method to get your FBI check? In my case, it is the only way I could do it.

Anyone can print out a fingerprint card from the FBI website and do it themself, or better yet go to a local police dept and let them take the prints.
