Yes, this was mentioned, and yes I used the search function, and no I can not find this info, and I know it must be here.

So forgive me, but the question is:
Where can I go to get my wii "fixed" so it will accept games that are downloaded?

Thanks in advance people.

This.

Be warned though, the only person I found who did it, could barely speak English. You might need to take a Korean friend. Or you might be able to find someone who can and speaks English.

Or if you have a non-Korean one you could DIY it and save yourself some cashy: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tutorials-only/16970-new-3-1-4-1-softmod-any-wii.html

I do not have a Korean friend to take there, but i can have one write me a note. I also can have a Korean talk on the phone to some one when I get there. This is a Korean wii, and when I go home next year I want to take it with a bunch of burned cd's to the USA.
