Do any of the cell phone companies offer wireless cards? You know, the USB plug ins that give you wireless internet no matter where you are.

Internet at my school sucks and I'm there like 10 hours a day. I also take my netbook pretty much anywhere I go and I frankly refuse to pay starbucks for their internet or anyone else for that matter.

I'm one of those "internet should be free" guys, but if I have to pay for it, I want to be able to take it anywhere I go and have access to it anytime I want.

if you get a smartphone, like a Galaxy S or iPhone, you can tether your computer to it and use the phone as your internet. However, a smart guy will realize you can do all of that with the phone and ditch the netbook. But its nice if you really have to have a full keyboard/mouse
