Hi Folks,

I'm trying to find some decently priced return flights to Okinawa from either Incheon or Gimpo.

My friend in Okinawa says that flights going from there to Korea and back are about 300 bucks, but every place I look in Korea and on the internet has a price of 6-700,000 won. I know that some fights from Korea are a little more expensive. but double the price seems crazy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you can transfer at Taipei, Taiwanese China Airlines is the cheapest, around 480K Won for return.
If you prefer direct flight, the cheapest you get is indeed around 650K Won with Asiana.
Japanese carriers charge 520~550K Won with a transfer at Tokyo, hence no better than Taiwanese deal.
For trips originating from Korea, USD 300 can get you a one-way ticket to Okinawa.
