EPIK has extended its application deadline for next year due to an unexpected demand from schools. I think this is also true for the privates.
Keep trying for the jobs. I am pretty sure you will get one if you're pretty decent looking. You know how they are. |

| Well it's good news that EPIK extended the deadline due to a surge in demand. I got an email from a recruiter saying they still wanted applicants since the surge of documentation required by Korean immigration meant a lot more incomplete applications. |

I bet this is actually the main reason they are extending the deadline rather than a 'surge in demand'. |

Too bad there's not a government program or other centralized program catering to the business types dealing with teaching adults only during the business day in company or government offices. Blah, no more misbehaving refusing to listen kids for me and definitely no 6am to 11pm split shifts.  |

I'm a bit warped I suppose or perhaps its the fact I'm working on a Journalism BA but I want to go to South Korea even more because of the attack.
I don't graduate until after April, I hope there's still demand for teachers when I apply in the summer. |

The supply of bad teachers who think they are good is huge. |
