I have been checking out Dave's ESL for the 8 years that I have been in Korea. It is a good board. I find it refreshing, informative and feel a kindred spirit with those who posts on here. It has evolved in the years that I have been watching it. It use to be quite negative, but is well moderated and has matured. I am thankful for it.

Yes, I think Dave's ESL is in in my top three things along with experimental hemorrhoid surgery and non-alcoholic beer! Thank you so much.

I found this forum very useful for information about work/life in Korea.

Now that I've left Korea, I only really miss the banter on this forum.

Since I don't get to see or talk to any of you in person, I like to read what's on your mind and what interests you. We are geographically separated so the internet is important, but internet and cell phones also separate people even more so where they don't associate with people and get involved locally.

I also like the international travel, jobs, and visa info and advice.
