For those Canadian who live in Korea and need to get their degree verified. The Korean Consulate has changed their website and procedures.

SOME THOUGHTS AND NOTES: Even thru the government says transcipts will be not be needed now. Notice that you will need to submit one for your verification and it has to be a recent one, too (why?)
The other consulate Toronto and Montreal have not yet changed their sites. I suspect it will be very much similar.
You should find a nice notary or lawyer who can help you with this.
