Have you ever considered the idea that maybe you have a fear of vegetables?

How can anyone hate mushrooms?

I know when I hear the phrase "fungal growth," the first thing I think is "tasty treats!"

So far I have pretty much liked all the things people have mentioned. I guess if I had to pick something I did not care for it would be Brussel sprouts-I could definitely do without Brussel sprouts. And it's not a veggie, but I don't see how people can actually like liver.

Mushrooms are horrible x 100,000. I also hate eggs. Those are the only foods I hate, but I hate eggs way, way, way worse. I can eat mushrooms without barfing.

Carrots are the best. I eat a carrot every night, raw. Carrot/apple juice is good, too.

I like carrots, but I don't like these carrots like I do those back home. Same for the potatoes, tomatoes, and strawberries not being really good ones. At first, I thought your title read, "parrot."

Come on. Carrots? What did they ever do to anyone? I agree that eggplant is less than nice, though.
If anything, we should be trying to wipe celery off the face of the earth. I don't trust any "food" that supplies fewer calories than it requires to digest.

Carrots also fit into that category.

You need to go to the Iksan area then, in Jeollabukdo, which is renowned among Koreans as one of the best places in the country for delicious food. A big reason for that is the fertile farm lands in that area. I used to buy tomatoes from farmers selling from the back of their trucks which were the best I have ever had anywhere!

Mmm I have yet to run into a vegetable I dislike. Goya, eggplant, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, brussels sprouts - sounds like a sweet stir fry! Before cooking eggplant add salt to the slices for about 30 minutes then wash the salt off to take some of the bitterness out. I love them as is though.

Large carrots tend to be bland and better suited for stews but baby carrots are sweet and delicious! Used to be my snack food of choice but they're not so common here in Korea.

I didn't see so many baby carrots back in the US, though they would pop-up sometimes. Those little carrots in the bags at the grocery store are really just "baby-cut." They're from a large carrot.

All my life I've never understood people who like carrots? How can they just sit down and eat them? How can they look so content to have a little orange veggie in their mouth?

I mean I love steak, but I'll never understand why people are so in to carrots.
I bet your mommy still cuts the crust off your sandwiches.
