Yes, that evil genius George Bush, backed by that Chimp-Human hybrid George Bush, managed to switch the people on the planes, while bribing the 1,000 people involved not to sell their book deal, and then fired a missile at the Pentagon because apparently a missile striking the Pentagon was not enough cause to invade Iraq, but a plane striking the Pentagon was.
Okay. |

I was always a bit agnostic leaning on a little toward the terrorists did it but after watching that video i'm just agnostic again. The video has some pretty interesting evidence to showcase. |

And that is not even The Final Cut.
Anyway, I suggest the OP and all of you chime in on the sticky for this topic. LOTS more "interesting" material there.

Yeah, and some old men living in a cave on the other side of the world led by another old man on dialysis managed to defeat the greatest military ever put together in human history, including attacking their very headquarters, without any inside help, including circumventing NORAD's air defenses not just once, but FOUR times in a single day, not to mention for the first and only time in history melting a steel building by fire in which military-grade nanothermite was found, i.e. a substance ONLY available to the military.
Okay. |

I agree with Spacebar, the evidence is compelling in my opinion. The emergence and the existence of the New World Order is for real. |

I want to know more about the trades places on 9/10. Some people got very wealthy on some trades that were statistically - almost - impossible. |

You're talking about the airline stocks being traded?
I think I've mentioned this before, but I'll mention it again.
The day of the 9-11 attacks, I dropped into a cafe on my way to work, and glanced at a copy of the National Post, printed before the attacks had occured. The Post had a very small article buried in the first section saying that airlines had just been ordered not to allow Salman Rushdie to fly. I can't recall all the details, but an internet search turned up this conspiracy site...
Quote: |
Shortly after 9/11, the London Times reported that author Salman Rushdie believed US authorities had known of the imminent attack when they banned him from taking flights in Canada and the US just a week before.
The Times reported: On September 3 the Federal Aviation Authority made an emergency ruling to prevent Mr Rushdie from flying unless airlines complied with strict and costly security measures. Mr Rushdie told The Times that the airlines would not upgrade their security.
According to the Times, the FAA had told Rushdie's publisher that US intel had given a warning of "something out there", but did not give any further details. The FAA then confirmed that it had increased security measures regarding Rushdie, but refused to provide a reason.
|
This conspiracy site says that the order was issued on Sept. 3, so I'm not sure why the Post only got around to reporting it on Sept 11. Nevertheless, it does seem likely that somebody somewhere thought that something bad might happen involving Muslims and airplanes some time in early September 2001. If the ban was made public at the time it was issued, or if information about it was leaked, that could explain the suspicious trading around airlines on Sept. 10th.
I also can't recall if the ban on Rushdie was supposed to go into effect on Sept 11, or if I'm just remembering it that way because that's the date the Post reported it. I do clearly recall seeing that article, though.
This is a link to a different site than the one I quoted above, but it contains the original Times article. |

So, the US government knows an attack is coming and the one guy they decided to save was Salman Rushdie? ... Not likely.
More likely this was coincidental timing and standard governmental paranoia. |

I know the story you're talking about. I kept the NP from that day and reread portions of it recently. |

I'm not neccessarily alleging that the US government knew that there were going to be major attacks such as unfolded on 9/11. It's quite possible that all anyone in the government had an inkling of was that someone was planning an attack on Salman Rushdie, and that it might take place in an airplane, and therefore it would be a bad idea for Rushdie to board a plane.
Then, if this no-fly order somehow became public knowledge, that might have influenced the people who were trading airline stocks on 9/10. Remember, if the National Post had that information in time for the Sept 11th edition, it probably wasn't exactly a Classified State Secret on Sept. 10th.
And my scenario leaves it quite possible that whoever was making threats against Rushdie had no connection with the people who carried out the actual attacks.
For anyone interested, something called History Commons has a timeline of things supposedly demonstrating foreknowledge of the attacks. Some of this I could put down to just coincidence, that is, in a world of six billion people, a few of them are going to say and do things that coincidentally "predict" events that will later occur.

A fifth grader in Dallas, Texas, casually tells his teacher, Tomorrow, World War III will begin. It will begin in the United States, and the United States will lose. The teacher reports the comment to the FBI, but does not know if they act on it at the time. The student skips the next two days of school. The event may be completely coincidental, but the newspaper that reports the story also notes that two charities, Holy Land Foundation and InfoCom, located in an adjacent suburb have been under investigation based on suspected fund-raising activities for Islamic militant organizations. One InfoCom employee had his name in the telephone book of Wadih El-Hage, bin Ladens personal secretary, and he was seen with El-Hage as recently as 1998 (see September 16, 1998-September 5, 2001). [Houston Chronicle, 9/19/2001] The FBI investigates and decides no further investigation [is] warranted. |
Kids probably say stuff like this every day. But you can read the rest and draw your own conclusions. |

Okay. |
Remember when the soviets invaded Afghanistan? They've had a history of defeating more powerful, advanced opponents in the past. |

MAYBE if you take the fight to their cave, obviously they will know their terrain better than any invader. But to do that halfway around the world? No. |
