Then don't re-sign. If you can't keep your word for the year then forget signing because it isn't the school that will be hurt. You are not helping anyone by quitting in the middle of a contract for any reason other than an emergency, especially if you know well before you re-sign that you may quit. That is not fair to the school or the students. |
Is this starting to be a habbit with the public school teachers? |
