I was talking to the other English teacher at my public school, she said that if you aren't leaving Korean, then you can simply transfer your VISA to another school (i.e. public school -> private school) without needing the new FBI check or showing your degree again.
Is that true? |

Sometimes - depends a lot on case specifics.
