Bumrumgrad Hospital in Bangkok Thailand is the cheapest for an American Administered Hospital. I am pretty sure. I think it has a pretty good reputation.

I have been wanting breast enhancement for years, but it is too expensive. I am hoping that mine will fill in to a more proportional size if I ever have children. The cost of surgery has remained consistent over the years. I wish the surgical industry would go down in price in the same way old technologies do. hahaha

HAHAHA... Not proportional....Lots of girls' do them..Actually, they have a more natural ingredients ( saline) now. I think it is because the silicon was becoming to chemicalized.

I heard the latest thing is an "organic" type of gel. Body doesn't reject it and feels a lot more natural than silicon or saline.

last year I read a story about a medical scientist who came up with a new way of increasing breast size.

breasts are simply bags of fat and he discovered if you put a little pocket of air in fat, the fat will fill in the pocket because nature abhors a vacuum.
