If my contract ends May 10th do I gat paid for about 1/3 of the month or is my pay going to be based on actual working days? May 5th (Tuesday)and May 10th (Thursday) are national holidays.
My contract doesn't say.

| You should be paid for 1/3 of the month. National holidays should be paid. |

If you are a salaried employee (as most are) you should be paid 10/31 of a month's salary.
