|
|
My friend left me with a solid top acoustic guitar. I am trying to find a legitimate orphanage or some other non-profit organization for donation. I only have a little over a week and am hoping to find a home for this very nice-playing guitar by this weekend. It has fairly low action but no fret buzz, so it's an easy to play--perfect for a beginner(s).
If anyone knows of such a place that would be able to prove its function as a organization, it would be greatly appreciated! |

| Why not sell it and donate the money - think they would appreciate the money more. |

ROOFERS http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=273606798378&v=info are having an open mic Saturday. i'll be there. They often host events for charity so I suggest let the owner Steve hang on to it. Otherwise drop in and chat with him and he'll find it a good home.
I heard solid top were much more expensive than others so I hope it goes to a good cause. |

i think a guitar would be an awesome donation. what are the chances of an orphan ever having the chance to play on a guitar? if you sell it and donate the money, you're looking at maybe 100,000 won (i'm guessing it's a low end guitar since he's willing to just give it away) |

Any who will teach the poor orphan to play it? |
