Saw a couple jobs ads advertising a job with the title "English Language Facilitator" at a couple of the big Korean companies a while back. Anyone know what the deal with these positions are? Sounds like a fancy title for a glorified in-house English teacher, but I thought I would ask here in case anyone has any experience with these types of jobs.
