Did anybody put unemployed / seeking work on the Consulate visa application? Will this be a problem?
I'm having trouble finding work right now, and it probably won't get any better by the time I send in my VISA application.
I'm currently out of work, but will start a GEPIK contract early march. |

A native English speaker unemployed and wanting to work in Asia teaching English? That's crazy. It never happens.

I guess I should ask, has anybody done this before or did you simply list your last employment? |

I put unemployed on my visa app and had no issues getting a visa. lifeinkorea's sarcasm may have been a bit over the top, but he has a point. |

The opposite happens (in Asia at least). They don't care if you have worked before in another country. If you have 5 years experience in another country, they still assume you have no experience. You have to work your way up (to the top of the bottom rung). |
