Depends how far back you go...

In recent years: North Korea would have killed more Koreans as the people of NK are Koreans.

In historical terms I would say Japan has considering the invasions (ex: Imjin War) and then the 20th century occupation.

North Koreans are "Koreans" so when they die, it technically counts doesn't it?

I agree. I'm just wondering what people think about that.

North Korea's leadership has always tried to foster unity with their southern sympathizers by singling out Japan as their great common enemy. But as time goes on, the death toll in North Korea continues to rise because of the Dear Leader's oppression.

Thus raising the question, "Who killed more Koreans?" I think history will remember North Korea's rulers for killing more Koreans than the Japanese.

Id say fellow Koreans.

Koreans have been at war with each other since the beginning of their 5000 year history.

Does starvation because of a crappy government count as killing?

South Korea did a pretty good job with executing Koreans without a trial
during the war, 100,000 civilians including women and children in the months folowing the official outbreak of war alone. The North retaliated in kind, but nothing as systemetized and nowhere near the numbers. Other mass executions of anyone not lovin' the US military gov't policy of rehiring those who had collaborated with the Japanese were also carried out.

All the members of the project documented on the website are people who served in the US military. Is that why you think it is a steaming pile of crap? Think they aren't qualified to comment on the reality of war?

I suppose you think the other websites which document how the ROK massacred civilians are also crap as well. Yeah, they must have been posted by the "NORKS".
