Generally speaking, theres been a nice explosion of "whole foods" options here over the last couple years.

I've seen a few things sold at the Miasamgori Emart. All I remember is the pizza but I think there are a few other things.

That's awesome. Does anybody know if they carry Low Sodium versions of any of their products? They have a large orange bar across the top.

I try to keep my sodium under 800 mg a day and Amy's low sodium meals make it easy.

I haven't seen low sodium, but the emart at Yongsan station has a few things there.

They have some of the boxes of things like Amy's macaroni and whatnot in my local organic food mart. Maybe some of the freezer meals, too, though I haven't looked very carefully. Everything is about three or four times the price you'd see back in the US, though. Confused

I've seen it at Orga Whole Foods but the pricetags are unbelievable and while it may be better quality than other processed things that come in cardboard boxes, it's not that much different. You are better off buying quality ingredients and cooking for yourself. It's not that difficult, you just follow some recipes until you get a feel for how you like putting different things together.
