I've been here for just over a year and received the following message on my SK Telecom prepaid cell phone yesterday...
"Your period of stay has expired. You can't buy more minutes from 15 days later. Need extension of stay of local office of labor or SKT agency."
I've already extended my ARC card, so I know it's not related to that. Any idea how to handle this situation and keep the phone working?
