Well, it was seen not long ago that any Korea that left Korea was not a Korean, he couldnt have the "jeong" with the other Koreans or he didnt have to go to the army, so he couldnt share the same experiences, which basically, makes sense here, because guys dont bound over hobbies or interests like we do in the west, the bond over what groups they belong too.
I feel bad for any gyopo, esp if their parents still have the idea that a Korean is a Korean, so kyopo girls may feel they have to marry a K-guy but the culture is waaaaaay different. Us kyopo girls would largely NOT want to kiss here MIL tail and the guys? well, they have this major guilt thing of not being "Korean" enough went they get old enough to have to "honor" their fathers.
Korea is one hell of a controlled society, much more than Japan (who have alot more individual freedom) and China (also, being such a big, mobile country, with the new feeling of a rising world star).
Korea is a fine place. They need to learn English, we can teach it, but I dont think any signifigant change will happen for at least one or two more generations. At least, until everyone born b4 1988 are gone and its all memories...they all have a havey stone around their necks called Korea... |
I told my parents to go take their Confucious values and shove it right up their asses when I turned 18..... |

As opposed to the rest of the men of the world who are like "Hey, how's it going? You wanna have sex with my date?"
And what, you think the gyopo girls are dying to have you rub yourself against them for 10 minutes while you swivel off-beat and spill a Jack & Coke down their back?
|
This post is rolling-in-the aisle, screechingly funny. You should write movie scripts. You are like a post, post mod Kermit, lol.
To the OP: Is there any hope for you at all, seriously?
(We are just pulling your coat a little, all in good fun). |
Thanks Calicoe...my starving writer career's IV bag has new fluid... |
