ok so i have no hot water in my taps...and i think my ondol is turned off.

this is a pic of my controller:

how do I set it so that I get hot water from my taps? thanks in advance Smile

not really sure because I won't be in korea till the end of the month...but see if there is any useful information in this video. Hope it helps Confused

Other than the fact that it looks like the power is off in your photo, it's all fairly kosher. For hotter water, I'd set it to 고 in the button that is first below the red writing.

If it still doesn't work, even after you're sure it's on and it's set to 고 then I would ask if your boiler's pilot light has gone out, or if you have piped in gas because you might live in the boondocks and need an oil delivery to a tank for your apartment

might sound a silly question but are you sure its switched on? stupid me had the same problem as I kept turning the gas off after cooking not realising that gas not electricity powered the ondol.
