I'm heading back to Korea in a few weeks for three months and was wondering what my cellphone options are without a permanent resident card.
Is "renting" a phone from the airport my only option? I don't mind if I have to buy a cheap phone but I don't much like the idea of renting one for three months. |

| If you go to most phone shops they have used phones you can buy then you can do prepay. Very easy no contract. |
