The "Red Door" black market shop usually carries a variety of Western meds. Be prepared to pay a premium, though.

It's down the street from Taco Bell, next to a chocolate shop and a currency exchange. Easy to miss...just keep an eye out for a small little hole in the wall with a few shelves stocked with goodies.

Just go to the doctor and get a prescription for it. Benadryl is regulated here but is easily obtainable with a prescription. You're going to pay a premium for it or you can get it cheaply with a cheap prescription. Either way, you're probably going to end up about the same.

It's regulated in that you can't walk into a 7-11, or even a pharmacy for that matter and pick up a box. You need to visit a GP or an ENT clinic for a check up and a prescription.

This is 100% the gospel truth. My doctor at the Asan Hospital International Clinic (himself a Gyopo who grew up in Maryland, USA) told me so. Anyway, go to a doctor and they'll give you a prescription.
