| In case anyone is still wondering about this...I just got an E22 visa and will be working at a public school...it says 13 months on it (which I'm pretty happy about). |

| Just picked up my passport from the consulate. I'll be working in a public school. Mine is an E-22 visa, but I only got 1yr printed under period of sojourn. Also, they made it single entry. |

I just went to transfer my visa to a new job, and was told that e22 meant immigration required my original diploma. According to them, the Ministry of Education has mine and they've never seen it. Also, according to them this would not be the case had I been given an e21 visa.
I'll try again in a few hours to see if this story stays consistent...
(ps- I was a public school teacher and am transferring to a university) |
