Unless you wrote that because you want a bunch of people you don't know insulting you, edit it.

LOL!

OP - The purpose of buying you incoming airfare is to get you to Korea. Most schools will not (and shouldn't have to) pay you for incoming airfare if you are already here. You should have used them saving money on airfare as a bargaining chip to get a higher wage/extra vacation/etc...

If you are talking about return airfare. Then yes, your typical contract should say that you will get a plane ticket to your home country when you complete the contract.

Ultimatetly, what does your contract say about it?

What's a standard amount to ask for per month? 100,000 extra? (100*12 = around the cost of a flight from pretty much anywhere (AFAIK))

If you were expecting it, why did you sign on if it wasn't in your contract?

DUH......

Yeha, OP, you have to be upfront about it and demand that they pay the airfare. You do this before signing anything. If they balk...walk. That's my philosophy. I've had two schools pay for my airfare while I was in Korea. I simply told them that if they didn't, I would go elswhere. But if you already signed on the magic line, well, that's sucks for you.
