Share a main course, side dish, desert, drink and snack/candy you miss from home.
I miss:
- Italian beef with baked mozzarella cheese
- hominy
- banana pudding
- root beer (which I do get now and then but wish I could get more)
- ho hos |

*baked eggplant parm
*proper sour cream (I can get it, but have to go to Petra)
*baked apples with brie and walnuts (I can make it, but it costs a fortune)
*wheatgrass shot in an acai/blueberry/mango/greens smoothie
*already peeled fresh baby carrots with hummus (I can only find frozen baby carrots here) |

Steak pies, steak and mushroom pies, beef, cheese and bacon pies, curry pies, sausage rolls, spinnach and feta sausage rolls, pasties. But they're just about the worst food for fat content so I guess it's for the best. |

The buffalo enchiladas at Esparza's TexMex cafe.

ranch dressing
baby carrots

Masala Dosa- It's basically a Potatoe and onion curry wrapped in kind of
soft crispy burrito style bread.
Jamacan Patties- Ground spicy beef in a pastry shell.
Sausage rolls- British banger in pastry.
Pork Pies- Jellied pork in a little pie.
Scotch Eggs- Egg inside sausage meat.
Cornish pastry
Bangers and chips
Thai crispy fried pork belly with white rice and sweet spicy sauce.
Chinese or Vietnamese food from China town in Toronto Queen and Spadina. BBQ duck pork combo on rice.
British pub food from Checkers in Bangkok near Nana plaza. Best British pub food outside of he UK.
German Bratverst sausage with curry. You can get some nice ones in Pattaya. The big German breakfast with all kinds of cold cuts and cheese you can get some really good ones in Pattaya. |
