Do we need to have transcripts anymore or not?

Confused by the new rules...
I heard we don't need transcripts for a E2 now. I also hear we do need transcripts. What is true?

I'd say get them anyways. Rules change a lot.

K-immigration no longer requires them for the issuance of the visa confirmation number. MANY of the consulates DO still ask for them when you do your initial consular interview (2 sets if you are in Canada). Often an employer may ask for them as well (employment requirement not a Kimmi one).

I got four copies of mine just in case. The apostille has basically made them redundant, however. I still would order some to be safe, they were free and you could order as many as you wanted from my school.
