Here's something for ya...
They made me sign the paper of acknowledgement stating I needed the new documents next time I renewed or changed jobs- on OCT 2010. I received my E2 August 10th, but my school waited until the last minute to get my Alien Card, and it took much longer because of the new rule fiasco that was happening at that time. Did anyone else have to do this last year?
So, according to this thread, they give you a free pass during 2011 if you are renewing with the same school- which is great.
According to my weird circumstances, I don't get the free pass and I need to get my documents.
Do you think if I go to the Immigration Office and ask them particularly about my file, will they be able to tell me if I'm good to go come August, or if I should start packing my stuff? |
