Pete Rose is 70 years old. I'm sure he doesn't do much of anything these days! He is from an old rough Irish neighborhood in Cincinnati and was a street kid. It shows in the way he has always acted. He may have been a good player who played his guts out, but he never had any class. Even his nickname "Charlie Hustle" was derogatory in the beginning.
I grew up in the area, knew his son and met his sister, his whole family is just like him. |

He would have lost that bet. He immediately went into the whole "ching chong" fake Asian language thing as his girlfriend looked on very uncomfortably.

Mr. Rose reminded me of Al Bundy. The same Al Bundy that wanted a Korean wife who couldn't talk and had big hooters. As I understand it, he divorced his wife so that he could be with this girl and pulled a bunch of strings so that she could be featured in Playboy. |

| Why does Kiana Kim date some 70 year old geezer when she doesn't need to? Maybe she does to get into playboy and hopefully launch some kind of career. However, she probably could have found a younger, richer man to latch onto. |

Pete Rose paid his lawyers over $1 million and got the worst sentence he could have possibly gotten, booted for life. He should have kept his mouth shut, acted remorseful and told the public talk to his lawyers. The permanent ban was punishment for running his mouth more than anything.
Like I said, "street kid" shows in everything he does. Eventually, I think he'll be reinstated a few years after he's dead and buried. |

The funny thing is, today he will sign a baseball that says "I'm sorry I bet on baseball" for $200.
I do have to say that he was nice enough to take pics with my kids and chat them up. |

I tried to research the guy's net worth, and it seems he is worth somewhere between $4M ~$9M depending on where you look. It is rich, but nothing spectacular by Celeb standards. Still, it would be really nice to have a net worth in the seven to eight figure range, at least when it comes to attracting women like Kiana Kim. |
