I'm bidding farewell to Korea, and got such a good deal on this place I figured I'd put the word out that it was available.
It's a 4-bedroom with full-size kitchen, for only 400k/month and 2million key money.
You'd be lucky to find a 1 bedroom for this price. It's located just down the street from Kyungpook U's North Gate. It's a 2-unit house, mine being the first-floor unit.
I can also work out a really good deal on my furniture/appliances if interested.

It is too good, somebody already jumped all over it. I like this place so much I would continue staying here if I wasn't leaving. |
