Just thought I would share. Been following the tweets and he finally won. Though I think it can be argued that he won Season 8, when he made it to the final 2, got engaged to Ashley and then Ashley won. That, in my opinion, was the ultimate Survivor strategy. To make an alliance and agree to share all the winnings despite the winner. I am surprised you don't see more of that. I would like to see that in the final speech, "Vote for me or don't vote for me, I am still going home with half the money."

Ummm...His wife's name is Amber (who won the season he finished 2nd). I'm a huge Survivor junky, and I think Rob played almost the perfect game. Really amazing that he could come on the show and win with a HUGE target on his back. A lot of stupid people this year...

I'm not really a fan of bringing back old people to mix in with newbies (althought the fans vs. favorites was a fun twist). I see next year they are bringing back 2 other people from the past. Rob playing 4 times, Russell 3 times...

I think everyone should just get 1 shot, unless it's an all-star season.

Way to spoil the season finale for everyone by naming the winner in the thread title. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you haven't read Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People." I think it's also pretty safe to say that people frequently use the word "touch hole" to describe you.

I guess I don't watch to find out who the winner is, and I just assume that others are like me. I guess I should not make that assumption.

Well thanks for changing it finally. A little late though for me....At least this season was entertaining enough that I had a lot to look forward to besides just seeing who was the winner.

Please don't spoil next season please.

The winner is the biggest part of the show. So don't spoil it for the rest of us next time.

I know that if I watched that crap I'd be pretty upset right about now.

Guess I dodged a bullet this time, but let's be more careful from here on out in case later I come down with a debilitating illness and suddenly lose all mobility and have to sit at home and watch gar-bahge on the boob-tube while I suck Nestle chocolate shakes through a straw.

Fortunately I'm still relatively healthy so I engage in activities like drinking beer and posting on Dave's eslcafe.com (kewl!), which is so much more better-er.

I thought this season kinda sucked to be honest, it was pretty obvious how it was all going to play out as Rob's tribe was too damn stupid to vote him out so it all pretty much went according to how Rob wanted it too. Kudos to Rob for winning but I was pretty amazed none of the people in his alliance said to themselves, "Hey, if I keep doing what this guy wants, he is gonna win..." Good on Rob but it made for boring tv for me
