I have been teaching at my current school for over two years. Im in my third month of my 3rd contract. I will leave this job early with my Directors blessing in August.
My ARC expiry date is in October
Im from Ireland. I have been just extending my ARC for the past two years
I can get a LOR from my boss.
Can I transfer my visa to a new school without going through the whole E2 visa process? |

Yes, but you will need to supply a verified (by the korean consulate in your home country) and apostilled copy of your degree and national criminal background check from you home country. It's not a full E-2 visa process (you dont need to re-apply and do a visa run), but those are the documents you will need for a second status change since the visa changes came into effect last year. |
