I agree that the driver could be a threat, however, have you thought of this particular possibility?

Maybe the driver was a concerned Korean citizen who saw a beautiful, innocent, virginal Korean woman with an evil, devlish, Satan-worshiping foreigner.

Perhaps he felt he was a vigilante, a protector of his city... just like a Korean Batman... always looking out for criminals with a wary eye, especially any foreign devils wishing to corrupt the innocent, virtuous, celibate, & beautiful flower women of Korea!

This is something to do the first time. Man up and show the bully that you can't be bullied. I doubt I am being naive here. I'm no big tough guy, but I'll be damned if you're going to make me feel threatened and think that you'll get away with it. My phone doesn't even have a camera and I would be 'snapping pics' as well as knocking on windows.

"Now, if you see him again, knock on his window and politely ask him to step outside and handle it like a man."

If it happens again, pull out your phone and conspicuously take photos of the dude and his car. At least then you have something to show the police.

Agreed. Evidence, plus you might scare him off.
