Hey guys
I arrive in Seoul on July 25th, and I'm only working for 3 days before I have a weeks vacation, so I'm trying to plan something in advance! I have 10 days in total including the weekends, so I was thinking I'd spend half of it touring around Seoul, and travel to Jeju for the other half. I figure it'll be really warm over there when I arrive so it would be nice to head out to a beach!
Money-wise, I have about a 1,000 Euro to keep me going for the first month, so I'm wondering if that will be enough cover a trip to Jeju also? Also, if anyone has any other destination suggestions for the week I'd really appreciate the input!
Thanks!

Jeju isn't all that expensive - at least not from what I remember - but getting out of Jeju city might be. If you like cycling then no worries, but otherwise you'll probably have to taxi around to see everything of interest.
But a plane ticket out there might be around 80-100K won, a motel would probably run 30-50K, food that isn't sashimi won't be too expensive, and there isn't much else to waste tons of money on except taxis. |
