Can I get a Certificate of Foreign Registration at any immigration office or can I only get one at the immigration office my ARC was issued from? Are there specific times for going to get one of these or can I just show up at any point during immigration's opening hours for getting one? |

What's the difference between a "certificate of foreign registration" and your "alien registration card"? |

Are you being serious or your usual self, Ramen? Is it really A4? Seems like an A6 size might be more appropriate. |

I have no idea, but I need to present a Certificate of Foreign Registration and a copy of my ARC for something. The former sounds like it might just be a bit of paper from immigration stating that I have registered my stay in Korea. Anyone have any ideas about my questions? |

You can get a certificate of foreign registration at your local city hall (구청). It costs about 2,000 I think and going to your 구청 is much quicker than going to Immigration. It took me about 5 minutes in and out.
I had to submit one to my school last year. It's just a piece of paper that states all the info that your ARC states. |

Actually both can be correct. If you are in a large city that is divided into "Gu" you have to go to the Gu office. If you live in a smaller city you have to go to city hall. |
